Responsibilities:
-supervise and coordinate manufacturing efforts and labourers, to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency
- supervise and assist with compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Train, mentor, and supervise manufacturing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards
- Assist with compliance with quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Observe, report and advise on inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or related role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
