COFU Sushi Cafe Ltd. is currently looking for a permanent and full-time Cook at our Japanese restaurant, COFU Pressed Sushi.

Education, skills and experience required:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Several years of work experience of food preparation in commercial environment
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation
• High interpersonal skills

Language:
• Communication skills in English

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.62 - $18.00 / hour (based on experience, qualifications), + Tip, Discount on the company product, 4% Vacation Pay

• Ensure food meets quality standards
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Perform regular inventory counts and report shortages to supervisor or manager
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area
