Job duties:
1. Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables,
2. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units,
3. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
4. Package take-out food
5. Portion and wrap foods,
6. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items,
7. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment,
8. Remove kitchen garbage and trash,
9. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
10. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit,
