Job Details
2873333 Ontario Inc (dba Ramen Isshin Ottawa) is seeking for a Head Cook to join our team.

Full-time, permanent; $21.00 per hour; 30-44 hours per week. Plus bonus available based on performance.

Standard 6-8.8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 1:30am as required.

Job Description
Duties:
• Cook everything on the menu;
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
• Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
• Japanese language ability is an asset;
• English language ability is required.
