Job Description
General duties as:
- Prepare and cook complete Korean specialty meals and individual dishes such as Korean specialty stew and soup, meat dishes (Soy Sauce Marinated Crab, Jeyuk-ssambap, Bulgogi, etc.), Kimchi jjigae, and seafood stew.
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Assist with kitchen operations
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Adhere to all regulations including infection control, use of hazardous materials and re safety
