New Oriental Buffet is a new beautiful Asian restaurant in Lethbridge. Experience Fantastic Asian food. Dine-in, Take-out, and delivery are available.

Currently, we are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our group. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 1255 3 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 0K1. The wage will be $17.00/hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.

• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations during different shifts.
• Conduct regular inspections of the buffet line to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Oversee the ordering and receiving of food supplies and ingredients.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and manage delivery schedules.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of Secondary Education
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of working experience is required
