Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant specializing in foods and cuisines from all across India. The restaurant front supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant floor and waitstaff, and quality assurance and control.
Job Description
Job Duties:
• Lead the team in creating a culture of superior guest experience
• Conduct training and development as well as performance management and employee coaching
• Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales and profit objectives, along with supervising and directing daily work activities, while upholding Rajdhani Sweets standards.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage all aspects of service and ensuring timely completion of assigned work
• Effectively creating and organizing weekly staff schedules
• Provides genuine hospitable and personal service
• Leading by example and maintaining a strong presence in the dining room
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management
• Provide administrative support for the restaurant and accounting team
• Ensures all human resources, health and safety, and other relevant policies and procedures are being followed
• Varied work hours with ability for flexible shifts including late closing shifts with varied end times
• Additional duties assigned as required
Skills & Requirements:
 Knowledge of English is required
 Knowledge of Hindi and/or Punjabi language will be an asset
 Knowledge/Familiarity with North, South & West Indian cuisines and dishes required
 Minimum one year of experience required in the same field.
 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to details
 Completion of college diploma or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required
