Proposed Wage - $23.25 to $26.25 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per Week.

• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
• Authorize payments by cheque.
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Benefits Overtime: $34.88 - $39.38 per hour will be paid any work done after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs a week.

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
