-The job include different shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Early morning, Weekends, and on call.
-The number of Vances is 2.
-Work Settings: In shop, Service, repairs, Maintenance and roadside assistance when necessary.
-Must have Standard drivers License and be willing to relocat to the Greater Toronto Area or Oshawa.
-Job may involve lifting for up to 45kg .
Experience and Specialization>
-General repairs on diesel truck, not including Engine but may include Turbo.
-Basic knowledge Electrical & Electronic system.
Alignment, Steering and Suspension.
-Able to repair Hydraulic and air Break system.
-Language of communication: Be able to speak in English.

Job Description

Perform trouble shooting, mechanical repairs on a variety of heavy equipment .
Be able to repair Air/Hydraulic Brake system and Clutches.
Conduct repairs in a timely and effective manner, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure optimal efficiency.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
Communicate with Lead Hand and/or Service Manager regarding job progress and job status changes
Maintain organised and safe work area and shop tools.
-Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that work meets manufacturer;s specification.
Perform repair works on heavy Trucks & Trailers.
-Order parts and maintain inventory.
-Keep maintenance reports and documentation.
-Having an AZ or Class 1 License is an Asset but not a requirements.
