Roland's Creekside Pub is located in Whistler’s Creekside, Roland’s Pub is your one stop shop for great food, good friends and the game you’ve been looking for.
We are currently looking for a permanent and full-time Cook.

Education, skills and experience required:
- Completion of high school
- Several years’ experience in commercial food preparation
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Must be a team player

Language:
- Communication skills in English

Compensation:
$18.00 - $22.00 / hour (based on experience / qualifications) plus gratuities (approximately $2/hour), 4% vacation pay, staff meal, staff discounts, extended medical & dental benefits after 3 months full time employment.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals and foods on our menu
- Ensure quality preparation of all menu items and continually check the quality of foods and cooked products
- Assist Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment when needed
- Receiving and putting away food deliveries
- Rotating stock, checking stock levels and assisting in creating prep lists for next day
- Clean kitchen work area
- Assist in closing the kitchen at the end of night
