We, Limitless Tire Ltd., are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time Office administrative assistant.
Employer: Limitless Tire Ltd.
Position: Office administrative assistant (NOC 13110)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon
Hourly Wage: $26.00-29.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Unit 8, 1231 36 Avenue NE Calgary AB T2E 6N6
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries
• Greet and assist visitors in a proper manner
• Organize and schedule visits/appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Organize and record invoices, bills and/or receipts
• Prepare and submit regularly scheduled reports
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Order office supplies and keep the inventory record
• Responsible for maintaining office policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Other duties as requested
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• College diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in a related field such as business admin/management, etc. or equivalent experience with secondary school diploma/college diploma in a different field
• Several (1-2) years of work experience in an office environment
• Strong organization and great written and oral communication skills
• Well organized, Dependability, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Spreadsheet; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word; Electronic scheduler; Electronic mail; MS Office; MS Outlook; Adobe, etc.
