Job Details
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Develop customer service relationships.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties, if required, such as opening and closing business, managing escalating complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries.
Job Description
• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Experience in management
• The ability to handle customer services issues
• The ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work from 6 pm to 2 am
