Role Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Job Description
The Cafe Supervisor acts as a manager on duty when the store manager is not there. The Cafe Supervisor is the point person when the Store Manager is not available.


In this role, the Cafe Supervisor is able to hold themselves and their staff accountable, takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm and provides direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.

This position will be scheduled to complement the manager’s schedule, meaning that the supervisor will be scheduled as often as possible when the manager is not.
