This position will be responsible for inspecting, grading, sorting and processing non-ferrous scrap metals in order to achieve operational goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, the control and care of the industrial fork lift and skid steer equipment which is used for shipping, receiving and production purposes.

Nights: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Week 1 – Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Week 2 – Wednesday/Thursday

Job Description
What we expect you to do:
• Inspect material quality once processed through compline and remove non-conforming materials
• Monitor and make changes to Chop Line PLC parameters, not limited to, material flow, temperature control, and airflow and vibration control.
• Perform general mechanical adjustments, blade prep and changes in ATS and BDR, blade checks, change screens
• Visually inspect product quality out of the Hamos and report findings to the Shift Supervisor
• Performs material inspections for purposes of identifying contamination at the baler, and removes all non-conforming material.
• Grades materials with minimal supervision
• Sorts and deposits material into assigned location
• Process materials by breaking them down by commodity and removing all non-conforming material
• Facilitates the removal of material jams
• Assist with preventative and general maintenance as directed.
• Operates counterbalance forklift and/or skid steer in accordance with operation policies and procedures ensuring efficient material movement
• Completes general housekeeping duties
You have:
• Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP's Core Values of Respect, Ethics, Service, Team and Pride;
• Previous scrap metal experience is preferred but not required;
• Forklift and Skid Steer experience preferred but not required
